Founded in 1981, Resource Management Associates is based on the premise that the financial industry could benefit from an approach to improving workflow processes, maximizing the utilization of systems, and identifying the actual cost of systems and processes.
Ed Ginn, the founder of RMA, had seven years of banking experience and over twenty years of manufacturing, retail, and labor relations experience when launching the company.
RMA spends time with prospective clients to understand their profiles and needs before defining a potential scope.
Unlike many consultants, we have a complete toolbox of skills and experience from which we build a custom approach to the assignment, not a single solution looking for a problem.
Our proposals include a "fixed fee," never on contingency (based on savings). These types of arrangements can turn into adversarial situations. RMA believes a contract is most useful when mutually beneficial to both parties. We have a unique approach that ensures that our client gets an excellent price in contract negotiations.
